Friday night — 17 July

Lights out by 8:30 PM. Wake-up is 4:30 AM, so 8:30 PM is the line for a full 8 hours. Ask Osy to drop the car before 8:00 PM, and start winding down once it's parked.

Pack and lay out before bed:

Suit + bowtie in a garment bag (you change at ~8 AM at Alkaff, after setup) — confirm with SJ if bowties are provided
Morning outfit laid out: polo tee, dress pants, black shoes
Wallet + IC, angbao
Phone fully charged + power bank + cable (you're navigating and on standby all morning)
Water bottle, deodorant, mints
Check Osy's car: fuel topped up, cash card has value

Heads up: in the master sheet, "bridal car" (JJ, carries the couple, Lewis opens the door) and "groomsmen car" (you) are different cars. JH's text says you now drive the bridal car — confirm which he means before Saturday. Full questions list below.

Driving

"Bridal car" = the couple's car (the one Lewis opens, Lav rides in) or the groomsmen ferry? The sheet lists these as two cars — which one am I?
Whichever I drive, who drives the other — JJ still on?
Osy's car — what model/boot size? What time Friday is he dropping it? Fuel + cash card settled or do I top up and claim?
If it's the couple's car: any car decor (ribbon/flowers)? Who installs it and when?
Parking at The Peak and Alkaff — where exactly, and coupons/season?

Logistics & setup

Who carries the bulky logs now — vintage TV, TV stand, parasols, lace signage, faux flowers from The Peak? (Original plan: my car.)
Is there a master packing checklist of all setup items, and who owns/checks it — Mat?
Where do SH and I collect the L1 items from at 8 AM — someone's car boot? bridal room?

Wet weather plan
